The website is not always working when replying to emails. It is either too busy or link not found. Communication with sales however is very good and polite
As a first time user of the platform, I was highly skeptical and doubtful. I was very pleased with the promptitude of communication from the different suppliers I contacted and their reaction time with my queries. Added to that, alibaba's order protection reassured me that there won't be delay in shipping my product as they impose a time frame within which the supplier has to ship the product otherwise they can suffer penalties.
Finally, the expense appearing in my credit card was clearly labelled alibaba so that I could trust using my bank card with their paying service.
Overall, for a first experience, I was thoroughly reassured of the legitimacy and happy with the suppliers availability even after I had received my package. Will be using again for sure! As a matter of fact, I am already:-):-):-)!
