Being from the United States I was concerned it would be difficult to do business, I found that ordering through Alibaba was easy, I have had no problems getting what I needed. I now go to Alibaba for all my ordering

It's my 3rd time to purchase in alibaba and it is successful again, badges are very helpful guide to find a right supplier like my supplier. That's why I'm not hesitating to have a deal with them and this is my 3rd time buying items to them.

User interface is extremely poor. Marketing emails do not have an option to opt out. Most of the emails have placeholders (code) that has not been mapped correctly to customer information.

Great seller and fantastic printing quality on the bags with vibrant colours and clear picture so you could see all the features in my design.

There was a little communication issue in the beginning but overall in the end, the product was shipped quickly, and is exactly what I was looking for. I will absolutely be ordering again from this company for my children's stencils!

Received a wrong tracking number from allibaba which made it appear that the item had been delivered to the wrong address.
Ordered item received on time, just a pity that the price of the ordered item including the shipping costs was noted on the package so that the import costs were rather high
