I am writing to share my personal experience with Alibaba in hopes of raising awareness and encouraging others to be cautious before committing to any of their subscription services. I have been using Alibaba as a dropshipping supplier, primarily sourcing products to sell on eBay. Out of curiosity, I once visited the Alibaba subscription page. Shortly after, I was contacted by three senior business executives who persistently pressured me to sign up for the Alibaba Gold Membership—a service that I had no interest in and was clearly not suited for my needs. Due to the persistent follow-ups and pressure, I eventually agreed. On November 26,2024, I attempted to make a wire transfer to Alibaba's Citibank account. However, the payment was later canceled because my bank informed me that the transfer was missing Alibaba's full legal company name. I was assured by the bank that the funds would be returned within two business days. Trusting this, I proceeded to make a second payment of USD $1,999 through PayPal on November 27,2024, which was instantly received by Alibaba. Unfortunately, the initial wire transfer from November 26 was never refunded, and despite my continuous efforts since January 2025, I have not been able to recover that payment, nor have I received a refund for the one-year Gold Membership fee. It has become increasingly clear that Alibaba is prioritizing fee collection over genuine customer support. I now feel misled and unsupported, and I believe others should be aware of such practices. Alibaba's lack of transparency and refusal to resolve the issue is deeply disappointing. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows of a direct email address or contact number to reach someone at Alibaba who can actually help resolve this issue, I would be extremely grateful for your guidance. I ordered two types of cable.
Power plug for a micro projector, 100 pcs.
MicroHDMI <--> Standard HDMI cable, 20cm long, as a sample, 2 pcs.
Both works just fine and excellent delivery time.

I have had a good experience with Alibaba, except for a few cases, this is whereby the RFQ gets quotaions of wrong items and another challenge of items not delivered.

I have been successful and finding good groups of vendors on this app and am very please with the products and shipping times ive attained.

This is a fraud seller "AA IMPEX" who took my money and failed to deliver the correct dresses as promised. The items I received do not match the designs, colors, or measurements I ordered. The seller pushed the conversation off Alibaba to WhatsApp three times to avoid Trade Assurance. Despite providing all evidence—photos, videos, chats—this seller refuses to correct my order or issue a refund. I paid $1,080 and have been completely scammed. Alibaba said they would ban this account, yet the seller is still active and scamming others. It is unacceptable that Alibaba continues to support this fraud and has not protected buyers. I demand that Alibaba issue my refund and immediately ban this fraudulent seller to prevent further scams. I strongly warn others to avoid this seller and hope Alibaba takes real action now.

A genuine product as per the description our clients find it to fit its purpose helping to solve daily issues. Good Price, good quality definitely will purchase more for clients.

I have worked with this supplier a few times now, and I believe as long as they stay around I will always have an amazing partner to work with. I have gotten many standees and keychains, all of amazing quality and super speedy work times. I was worried at first they would not arrive in time for me, and the supplier did everything they could to make sure that they would. The quality is amazing, shipping is great, customer service is great, they honestly get a 100% 10/10 in my book.
I myself run a small business and constantly struggle to find someone to make what I need made for a reasonable price and time. I can assure this supplier will be both of those things. I am 21 years old residing in the US with a passion of creating as much merchandise as I can and becoming more well known in the community I take part in. I love to draw all sorts of fluffy animals and this job does just that for me, so it helps amazingly to have such a reliable manufacture.

I have had mostly good results buying from Chinese companies through Alibaba. At first I was not sure I could trust companies in a foreign country like this. But over time I have found that they do not defraud me. The companies vary, and you definitely need to try to find the better ones, and it would be best if you could actually walk up to the equipment and try it out. I buy heavy equipment from China, and once it ships across the ocean, it is not generally viable to ship it back. I have had some communication difficulties with the vendor agents in China, but overall that part can be worked out. They generally know the specs for their products. The main thing is value for money, and Chinese companies perform pretty well in this regard. You have to figure in large tariffs and assorted shipping and port fees, which are not small. But even after all of that I am satisfied with the end result.

I have encountered 2 times problem with sellers in alibaba. But alibaba didn't help me just making me to be patient and expressed their saddness. Despite the fact that sellers asked to pay via bsnk transfer i preferred Alibaba as i believed that alibaba would help me with such cases. But turned out that vise Versa

Absolutely bad experience with…
Absolutely bad experience with Alibaba.com. Seller on Alibaba behaved criminal by blackmailing me, fraud sending me product which is not according sales agreement. Seller tricked me by lyiing until dispute period was over.
Alibaba supports this criminal behaviour by DENYING ANY support. No matter how I tried they found hundreds of excuses to not opening dispute channel again.
Don't by through Alibaba, you are not protected!

The product arrived on time, and the quality of the MWCNTs is good. The customer service experience that I had was great.

Stop wiring cash to this company. If they cannot accept a legitimate credit card payment, then they are not safe to do business with. They say offer a money back guarantee but will not help the buyer get their money back or product delivered.
