SCAM Seller on Alibaba – Xian Triumph Tech Co., Ltd. I paid €4,300 to Xian Triumph Tech Co., Ltd. on Alibaba for a professional beauty machine. What I received was one defective device that does not work and has nothing to do with the product they advertised. The seller altered the listing and order details after shipment to avoid responsibility. They refused to issue a refund and kept offering fake technical "support" to avoid the issue. I have provided full proof: photos, videos, screenshots, and invoices to Alibaba's Buyer Protection. This case is under dispute, and I will not stop escalating until I receive a full refund. 🔺 Be warned: This seller is dishonest, manipulative, and unethical.

I purchased natural stones for $417.5, the seller sent me fake stones. With gemstone laboratorium I submitted the dispute asking for refund. The seller is no responsibilities at all. Alibaba is keep asking me for video unboxing and certificate which I had sent multile times, but they have no intention to play fair to the buyer. It is useless raising a dispute there, you will talk to a system AI Robot to solve it without thoroughly checking your evidences. Please don't buy here if you don't want to be scammed.

Hello Alibaba, I recently attempted to purchase a 2024 Polaris RZR from your Alibaba storefront. The person I dealt with is named William Scar, and it appears he may be renting access to Akoukou Auto Mobile verified seller account. I paid him $1,300 for the vehicle, only to be hit with additional demands: $1,000 for "insurance" $1,500 for "exit and delivery" $630 for a final delivery fee I paid everything except the final $630, at which point delivery was refused. I now have strong evidence this was a scam, including two contracts, multiple invoices, and a fake shipping company website that has since been taken down. I am about to file complaints with the FTC, BBB, and Alibaba, and I am preparing a public MP4 video that will reach over 1 million people on Facebook and Reddit. Before doing so, I'm giving you the opportunity to respond and assist, including a request for a full refund of the $3,800 I paid through PayPal. If you are unaware of this situation, I hope we can correct this together. Please let me know how you intend to proceed. I have approved you this way because I tried to go through the proper channels, but was unable to complete the complaint without an ID of the company.

Allied Air Enterprises, LLC, through Alibaba.com, took my money on a purchase I made, and they never delivered the item. I have a purchase order on hold and will most likely buy in the US. Don't buy through Alibaba.com. They will not help you if the seller steals your money. Dr. Daniel Hay

Beware beware beware from Alibaba and sellers on this app, Everyone let everyone know about my purchase on Scam Alibaba, I spent $673.15 in 02/11/2025 the app showed me the package arrive in 04/11/2025 I never got my package then i asked for refund fake Alibaba's customer service team told me you should talk to seller and I did after 2 weeks talking with Scam Alibaba and fake seller on Alibaba they refund me 49% of my money please do not order anything from them.

The printed instructions are totally useless and the video is only a little better.
It's also extremely difficult to assemble with only one person. Most of the labeling was in English with a few components in Chinese which made it a bit of a guessing game. I'm not sure how well the cover will hold up in the desert sun, it seems a little thin. Communication was great with very quick order processing. After two weeks, it already leaks from rain.

The seller claimed it was a household device, but it was actually classified as a medical device in Japan. Misleading labeling caused customs issues. Return was refused, and only a partial refund was given after a long dispute. Very disappointed. Alibaba should strive for more globally responsible business practices.

Fter testing in our workshop, the product seal is not correct. Even when disconnected from the Bag In Box, the connector continues to leak, unlike the ones we currently use... shame..
