I made order via Alibaba from " Shenzhen O-part Technology Ltd. " Goods arrived very short time and i was very safe in Alibaba assurance. And O-Part Company also very good. Thanx a lot.
We had an issue with a supplier that changed shipping terms from pre-agreed terms and over-inflated their charges. Alibaba took the gold rated suppliers side whatever evidence was uploaded. Supplier blamed Brexit for spiralling costs, but Brexit hasn't even happened. We will be looking elsewhere in the future. Trade assurance provides very little extra protection other than that you would have by law anyway. Considering the fees, Alibaba should be providing buyers with more customer support / protection but instead have an antiquated dispute resolution and a biased service that leans heavily towards gokd rated suppliers in their country of origin.
