I've had a very good experience purchasing products through Alibaba. But clearly each supplier will yield a different experience. I've been fortunate to connect with a great supplier. My only concern is that I started out using a credit card for purchases, which carried extra fees, and then switched to ACH debit, which (at the time) had no fees. Now, they've added fees to ACH transactions and didn't give the buyers any notice of that change.
Good source of quality suppliers. Have made many new connections, hoping to meet new clients. Cannot complain about the service thus far.

I recently purchased a can cooler (huggie). I had really good responsive service. The product was delivered on time. The product itself was constructed very well out of quality materials and printed perfectly.
Alibaba promises Trade Assurance Protection but that is a total lie. I bought male and female Jackets on one supply on Alibaba. As usual, we are encouraged to pay via Alibaba so we can get Trade protection. The items i received did not match the standards I was promised. The measurements were totally wrong, some were 8-11 cm short. And that is too much, because it can move a medium Jacket into very small. Alibaba promised me that when the measurements are missing between 2-3 cm, they will not be able to refund me, but after i showed them that it misses around 8-11 cm, they start to tell me stories. They say I used my own measurements, this did not matter even if I took a video and sent it to them. These people are scammers. NEVER BUY FROM THEM if you don't want to lose your money.
