Is been a couple of years since I'm using Alibaba to buy, and I have no complaints so far. I recommend this website.

Alibaba.com turned out to be exactly what we needed to successfully purchase the parts needed for our business.

Although, of the eight companies I communicated with when searching for our product, we finally found one that knew his product and could actually assemble the list of requirements and deliver. Frustration is not the American Way.

Of course, this is beyond the control of Alibaba.com (see Amazon.com)

Better way to purchase quality products, many suppliers available, service from all parts and eceent delivery times.

Trade Assurance on Alibaba.com is a fiction. I am a British and I see that Chinese people are preferred when settling disputes. Although the supplier is at fault, Alibaba does not want to withdraw money from Trade Assurance. Scammers. Yours sincerely, Jerzy Moryc.
