Good morning I am posting today to state buyer beware all is not what it seems and you dont have any protection against scam suppliers. Wuxi fun toy company limited To cut a long story short i had ordered initially 95 items from a supplier only 55 items were in the box i opened a dispute the suppliers argument was they sent 10kg package so therefor not liable correct me if im wrong but my contract was for 95 items not 10kg both the supplier and alibaba customer service (so called) were hung up on this 10kg and wouldnt let it go no matter how many times i explained the contract was for 95 items not 10kg to explain simpler i stated if i order 95 items and the supplier sends me a box of sand that weighs 10kg thats fine as 10kg was sent after 2 months of evidence uploading and counter arguing i get an email stating they have decided to side with the supplier as the weight of the box was 10kg and i have to now take it out with the courier which again my contract was not with so not my issue again (so called) customer service cant use any common sense so as the post states buyer beware you are not as covered as you may think
