Have done over 250k of orders on alibaba, between 10+ suppliers. Suppliers are aware that they can't screw around on alibaba. Any issues i've had with orders have been dealt with by the suppliers and fixed to my satisfaction. They know Alibaba will have customers back, as Amazon does.
I purchased a hand rail system for my deck in 2017 and submitted precise measurements. I never received what was promised. Not only did the railing not fit, but the system was missing fittings and pieces. There was no way to secure the railing and it was dangerous. Furthermore, they sent the wrong finishes. I tried working with the company for over 1 year to salvage the railing, but they kept promising to send the correct pieces which never occurred. Ultimately nothing was salvageable and I had to purchase a new railing system from the USA. It was difficult to contact Alibaba. The only way to contact them is through a form submittal. Alibaba was not helpful at all as their specified their policy is to intervene before the shipping process. This policy makes no sense and does not ensure the buyer will receive their promised product. Buyer beware!
