They charged me shipping $98 saying the weight is 13.5 Kg. but when I received I see the weight is only 5 Kg (even the label printed 5 kg.

I ordered some weight vests from a supplier. In fact I have bought several hundred of them and spent 1000's of dollars and I told him 12, yes just 12 of them were the wrong color and he will not stand by his product and get me the right color or refund me the $ or offer some kind of credit. He insulted me with $70 and then $100. He lost a customer and gained bad reviews.

I did receive the product some days ago but tried it only yesterday and it was great. I dressed the wheel few times and it works beautifully. I am very satisfied with my new Grinding Wheel Dresser and with the whole Alibaba process! And, this wasn't my first Alibaba experience - it's great and very, very professional every time!
