I did receive the product some days ago but tried it only yesterday and it was great. I dressed the wheel few times and it works beautifully. I am very satisfied with my new Grinding Wheel Dresser and with the whole Alibaba process! And, this wasn't my first Alibaba experience - it's great and very, very professional every time!

I am happy to order via Alibaba. A lot of good quality suppliers. And also I can almost find any products i want on Alibaba.
At first there was a kind of misunderstanding, but at the end everything went well. I love the designs I surely will order more
Please with what Alibaba has to offer but the message center needs a little work. For example when looking for suppliers i reach out to a few of them at a time in a search and sometimes its from the same company which has multiple post, there are time i am talking the the same supplier in multiple chat. If you there is a way to flag that Ive already reach out to that particular supplier.
It's hard to say "yes" to their manager "qingjie lin"
Their order procedure is a little bit struggle. Once you sent the inquires then you have to add all the items again in your cart which is spending more times than other suppliers.
Each time you asking for a processing update all you got is during processing now, you never get specific answers whether is packaging or shipping, even out of stock.
I've been told there is something out of stock when the package arrived already, and I have to request a refund, But I 've asked the same question about 3 times "do you have any of them out of stock before that.
Finally, when I ask this guy is anything you don't understand or I did not express my question clear, he was losing patience and ask me sending the package back and never wants to deal with me, that's ridiculous.
After all that pain experience, the products themselves are actually not bad, but 10 pairs of earrings are missing the back, so beware of that.
No problems other than clarity in communications, apart from that the search function does not drill down well enough. Suppliers put too many false words in their descriptions.

I am extremely pleased with this service overall. It gives the customer a comfort knowing their funds are being monitored and not released until the order is received. The fact that there is a 30-day refund policy is also excellent. Glad to have this service overall.

This is the first time I have ordered on Alibaba.
It is great to find various products to choose with quick quotation.
However, there are some problems need to improve:
1. I couldn't type text on the support chat box. I even had to take photos of the text to chat with Alibaba customer service staff.
2.The seller deliver the quantity less than the quantity we agreed in the contract and have not provided any reasonable explanation and solutions yet.
The first time I bought something on Alibaba. Really personal and individual chat and communication by mail and whats app from the seller (Coco). I appreciate this professional handling.
I recommend this vendor to my friends.

- Filters are great to distinguish great traders from ones that maybe potentially harmful
- Suppliers I have work with are great.
- Love it how alibaba suggests hot selling items within my business category.
I live in Poland and i was afraid of that when i will pay i loose money it was risk for me because i do that first time.
But Everytink was OK.
When the seller ask me to close order (because of mistake) the refund back to my bank account, and than i open order (good one) once again.
And then I trusted in Alibaba.
After delivery of the package in Alibaba system i was able to confirm delivery witch means if the package will not be delivered then i could have a support in that case, and it is fine.
I give only 4 star for Alibaba because when after the refund the return amount was reduced about 20$
The experience was good! It is very easy to find a lot of suppliers and browse through their services, so it is very convenient to find the right kind of supplier of my choice.
Exactly what I wanted to order. Excellent Quality. Fast Shipping, I thought it would take many months to receive order but to my surprise it went very fast.
This is my second order via Alibaba. After good communication with a handful suppliers I've again gotten a very decent product and am very satisfied so far.
