Ordering from Alibaba.com was quite easy actually. The sales person that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and had very good communications. The initial price of the product was great although the shipping and handling fees along the route was a bit surprising. I suggest to anyone ordering from Alibaba.com to take into consideration that the shipping cost will be more than the initial shipping cost from the seller. The price of the backhoe with initial shipping was $2140 and with tarrif and other handling fees at the US mainland and broker costs it was a total of $3034. But I am satisfied with the end results
