We have purchased from China using Alibaba and without, One experience not using Alibaba was the machine we purchased 4 out of 10 were defective. The only satisfaction was that they would give us a credit NEXT order. Why buy again when 40% or defective? This does not happen with Alibaba they have you protected. I have contacted a company over a year after the purchase and we still get support.

The neck hammock is a great product! It works well for those with neck and shoulder pain. It is easy to use and very comfortable which provides support and relaxation. I tested this product in two ways. I connected the neck hammock to my upstairs railing and on my bedroom door and both ways worked very well. I do recommend adding a demonstration of how to put the product together i. E. Video or pictures of someone putting it together; this will save the customer time and prevent frustration. I highly recommend this product.
