It is very common in the sellers of China, they do not want to take charge of the customs procedures, DHL is the courier, which more obstacles puts to Mexico, because they take the packages without reviewing charge and when it arrives at destination, in this case Mexico requires an envelope cost for the merchandise to reach its destination, if one hires door to door the package must be taken into account and take charge of the cost overrun implied by a supplier's decision
Good experience as a 1st time buyer. Still at the infant stage to really understand the shipping process & cost. It seems the shipping cost is almost the same price as the product cost for smaller quantities which could discourage buying. If Alibaba could provide a much cheaper alternatives than what the supplier can provide, that will be great
