I do not know if I needed Alibaba or the trade assurance for this order. The company I ordered from did everything to make good with my order. But Alibaba was there to make sure they did the right thing if the company had not taken care of my issues on there own. I guess I would say I am glad Alibaba it there for piece of mind as a mediator because these orders are delivered from a long distance away and if they do not work as promised it could be difficult to get satisfaction.
