I had a problem with a product on Alibaba.com. The seller was sending the money back what is moore then fairly.

All right do not have any problem with the package or the product, well protected, pay customs charges

Company offered free sample. Hind sight I should have just made a small order as I needed to pay shipping and the shipping cost did not match the small size of the sample. I would have been better to have made full use of that shipping charge. The actual overall process was good.
