Used it for a few weeks we love it. It is not the fastest and does not have great distance but it is great to learn on.

I'm learning how to use the platform but could be more user friendly.
Specially to revise the costs and approve things I found a little complicated.

Love this site. Is great for small businesses needing good quality promotional material.

An excellent way for businesses and suppliers to connect! Easy to use platform with friendly suppliers on hand waiting to provide you with quality product. Very profession website, and an A+ overall for Alibaba and all of their affiliates.

I was nervous about buying through Alibaba, but the experience was very straight-forward. Seller was incredibly helpful, walking me through every step and answered all of my questions immediately. The information from Alibaba was useful too. The products were every bit as top quality as advertised, well packaged, and sent straight away so I am very happy (and relieved!).

Terrific transaction. Communication was great and the product was better than expected. Would definitely work with this group again.

The interface is not intuitive, and if the seller hasn't configured EVERYTHING to make it easy for the buyer, there's some communication necessary before the buyer can place an order. All in all a pleasant experience with the feeling that there's a "higher authority" (Alibaba) looking after me while doing business with someone for the first time. It's difficult to build up trust with someone so far away, and Alibaba helps.
