My experience with Alibaba has been informative. Also, I found the process of selecting and ordering a product easier and stress free because of Alibaba's business systems that are in place.

Seller approved and confirmed my change request then sent wrong items.
I applied for refund and submitted all of my evidence but seems like Alibaba wouldn't protect their customer.

Fast and Furious delivery! Easy to communicate with the seller, and willing to answer any kind of questions.

This is the first trade I have completed through Alibaba, I was suprised at the great follow up, the tracking and assurances. It is great.

I love this company. I won't purchase hair from anyone else. Lace is thin & very light in color! So it can always be customize & tinted to perfection, literally melts in the skin. The hair quality is excellent. I recently straightened my Deep Curly texture bone straight & it literally reverted back to its original texture as soon as I wet it with water. They are very friendly & overall great people to work with, honestly!

Very happy to purchase with Alibaba and the saftey controls are reassuring. Just finding difficulty in recieving a tax invoice for purchases.

The user interface of Alibaba have been always too complicated and confusing. It is complicated thing itself. Please don't force me to review each product when I am leaving order feedback. I have no time writing and commenting each product I purchased.

Product arrived completely broken, $1000 down the drain with no recourse or assistance. The vendor actually asked me to file a fraudulent complaint with FEDEX.
I won't make that mistake again!
