I was able to find the products I looked for. The suppliers or sellers that I contacted where mostly professional about their business. Although some ignored my enquiries.
The purchase and shipment from the seller that I eventually transacted with was very smooth.
Payment and receipt of my goods where all very good. I made payment via the trade assurance process which gave me peace of mind.
I will definitely do business on this site again as long as it has the products I'm looking for.

It is very important when one is happy, to tell everybody about it. I normally do not spend time on evaluations like this here today - but we have had 5 very positive experiences with Alibaba - the first ones - and the suppliers whom we have engaged with, via Alibaba - are very professional.

The Alibaba.com site is a bit complex, however - when you try to use it for some time, you will understand that it is necessary as you will often be dealing with a lot of suppliers at the same time.

There is a remarkable congruence between what we order, and what arrives.

On numerous occasions, I have encountered delivery of products that have one issue or another. Of the product purchases that I have made so far, both have had problems - the type C USB cable charger does not fit Samsung phones I have come to learn, while the magnetic car window suction cup does not hold the phone firmly. Indeed, if this product were properly tested, it would have been found not to work properly and probably the product withdrawn. However, they manufactured this product and are continuing to sell it. I blame myself for not asking for product samples before placing these 2 orders. Also, there are multiple incidents of misleading advertisements where one could easily be fooled if one were not extremely careful reading the descriptions of products. I know that I now hesitate very much upon seeing products I'm interested in in order to avoid making a mistake. I truly believe that these are not innocent mistakes since the misleading information are usually where one would miss them. They also are quick to point one to that area where they intentionally mislead in order to blame you for the deception. Business should not be this difficult. Finally, most of the samples that I received with the exception of 2 or 3 products are not up to the expected quality. I'm very cautious about asking for samples now since I feel like the manufacturers are intentionally sending defective products as samples since they probably would be dumped, but would rather sell them to innocent buyers overseas. There is no excuse for that.
