I put a call out for a product and despite being very specific with my needs, I did get a few calls for other similar but entirely different items. Once I found the item I was looking for, it was very simple. I was expecing to find hidden charges, shipping etc but not so. The price quoted was inclusive of everything and abreakdown so I knew. I was also very happy they arrived within weeks not months! I will be back. It seems much better streamlined and user friendly than it used to be, which helped.

I ordered a phone from this site and see below the business card of King Q. He calls himself. This was Oct 2021 and I'm yet to see my package. I put a trace and it's in the system as delivered. I went to delivery warehouse which is Aramex Carriers. It shows in their system as in the warehouse but when searched they found no package. This guy is good that he can send bogus shipping and tracking info. I learned my lesson everyone please stay away from this site and especially this King Q

I would avoid Alibaba and stick to the honest online sites like Amazon and eBay.
I ordered an item in May and we are now in August and I have not received item.
I opened a dispute and the dispute was closed die to item in transit!
The item was shipped over 2 months ago!
DO NOT BUY FROM ALIBABA

If your like me I was leary of buying a online site unseen wig on a Alibaba manufacturers site. You read reviews from poor to excellent. So how do you decide whom to buy from? To me it is all about the reviews. I concentrate on only positive reviews. Then I start a Q&A chat with the manufacturer. If we can communicate and the wig pictures are correct I buy from the seller. The key to a successful purchase is ask questions and see wig pictures. Do they have lace front. Do they have transparent lace. Discuss everything twice to make sure your both understanding each other. Neither you the buyer or the seller are "stupid". But you are two individuals from two different cultures speaking two different languages trying to communicate about a wig. I chatted on WhatsApp with Sheryl at Qingdao Shirui Hair and ordered a custom made Sheenreal wig. 12 hour time difference between us but Sheryl was always quick to reply on her work time and super helpful. Sheryl would send me pictures of the wig color, the wave, and center part style. I am confident we were in agreement on what I wanted. I like they have Jewish Kosher wigs. Just an extra assurance your getting a quality hair wig. The wig should be here in a few weeks. I will post pictures and update my review. The two main things that sold me on buying from Qingdao Shirui Hair are the hair is the Sheenreal brand and Jewish. Some other sellers were cheaper but they did not have Sheenreal hair. I decided to pay the extra money so I know I am getting a premium hair wig. I ordered a 20" wig in color #30 a ginger red color. I will have a local cosmatologist cut and style the wig with 8" bangs, a soft body wave, and layered 12" to 18". The red wig picture I attached is how it should look. I recommed Qingdao Shirui Hair and Sheryl.
