I ordered samples from this website's manufacturers and found their products to be great in quality, however, my concerns with their customer service are quite puzzling. Days after I placed my order I was sent a separate email asking me to pay for some additional items that I did not ask for. They stated they made a mistake and asked me to pay for the items they sent out with my order or they were going to lose their job. Normally if a company screws up they contact their customer making them aware of the situation and they do not ask them to pay for their mistakes. I thought this was very unprofessional and also a way for the company to skim and profit more from me the customer. So this experience was not a good one.
