The overall experience is very good, because we have in reach of our hand the access to a hundreds of products and suppliers, that in other way, without Alibaba that would be impossible.
But sadly you find here many suppliers that don´t have a good quality or many resellers that lied with his post product on Alibaba, when you ask them for the cost they said that the cost posted are only as reference and gave us a higher one, i think that must improve checking that the companies don´t cheat the customers, we are a serious companie, with serious bussines intentions and when this happen is very dissapointed.
