Alibaba is a complete waste of time when you have a problem. They take a fee for what you buy but do not even bother to respond when you have an issue. The help system is dreadful and it sends you round and round in circles, making it impossible to contact a person. I eventually different ways of trying to contact a person at Alibaba and not once did I get a response.

Very pleased with the product, but the communication link/messaging with suppliers was cumbersome.
