I have ordered from Alibaba many times and am just so happy with the service and products that are available. The reps for each of the different companies I buy, are eager to help with the purchase, providing alternatives or customizing what you need. I will always come back to Alibaba for all my purchases.
Having completed my first order via Alibaba, and I can confidently say how easy and smooth the transaction was. The only time consuming part, was filtering out the suppliers to choose from. The rest was a breeze.
Initially, I was skeptic about the whole idea of buying the goods online via Alibaba, but the Trade Assurance feature was a great feature to build confidence and trust from suppliers and buyers.
