The reason I stopped purchasing on Alibaba is the price on the website is very rarely the price honored as advertised, You'll see prices like ". 50-. 90 USD ea MOQ 200." When I try to order 500, the price quotes is $1.75 each. When I ask why the price on the website is. 50-. 90 USD, they tell me "that's not our company" or "not our website" or "that's for lesser quality." Purchasing from Alibaba really is an exercise in futility.
I'm only buying U.S.A. from now on.

The platform is great for finding suppliers and placing orders but... if there was one thing they could improve, I think it would be the fact that they still charge the credit card payment processing fees on cancelled orders. I believe it is unfair and not a good way of making money out of your customers. I called my bank and they told me that VISA was not the one charging me, but alibaba. I hope they do what's right and fair because in the end it all comes back to us. Good luck!

It can be difficult to work, until you give yourself time to figure things out. I am a US citizen and I would rather import import everything I need and/or want from Alibaba. Great prices and reliable shipping. I am in retail business and everything I need to supply my customers and promote my business is right here on Alibaba. Not all Vendors are reliable and have great communications skills, but the Vendors who I find that produce products for me are very helpful and caring of my product. They also teach me things in reference to the merchandise that I didn't already know. And that makes my experience way better. I love it here. I am ready to take a different route and purchase electronics and other things but I am not an expert at those things, so I do not want to risk wasting money. But overall, a great site to find EVERYTHING YOU NEED! No matter what it is. To future users and/or customers, do not get discouraged. You just have ti find a vendor who asks plenty questions and have plenty answers (that you understand) to your questions.
Buying from Alibaba gives you confidence that you'll get a good service, and a product of good quality. Even though the clients lie about delivery time they write 2 days and that 2days turn to be 20-30 days which is not professional. Please look into that because that tanish the Alibaba image.
