This was first time using Alibaba and also purchasing from a supplier outside of the country. Alibaba made the experience very easy. I could find the product I was interested in and could compare various suppliers. The order process was very easy and Alibaba provided assurance that my purchase was legit. I will definitely use Alibaba for future purchases.

Alibaba has been upgrading and advancing with the consumer in mind! Very user friendly platform and all the add-on services you need throughout the manufacturing process of your order. I had to contact them before about an issue, and they also have incredible customer service! Considering the language barrier, they are doing fantastic! And no i was not paid to write this, I'm from Vegas!

Alibaba is hands down one of the most awesome website to find suppliers for products. One of the main reason I use there website is because they provide Trade Assurance which protects both buyer and seller. I've never had an issue processing a payment thru there website but be warned the fees for credit card transactions are pretty high.

I search for the products I want and there are plenty of suppliers here for me to compare the prices/services thought some of them are not as they advertized on the web.

I would recommend them as a best seller from China, I have ordered Salon chairs from them to Uk, came on time and The best quality as I expected.

Shipping took way too long, I am quite happy with the product. Not sure if to use this vendor again after reading reviews on shipping. The seller was quite easy to work with and very professional. If you want a good product but willing to take a chance with on time shipping, go for it!

The sellers I've worked with are very responsive. The prices are good and the product received is exactly as expected. Received the order faster than with some other shippers. Overall it was a great experience and I will shop again with Alibaba.com.

Middle ages forwarder. It took us one month to receive the goods by air in Greece! We lost a lot of orders, as well as our reputation to our customers. Stay away from Alibaba forwarder, is a terrible experience
