Company goes by name of Shenzhen Henghong Appliance co. My order was **************326 I was lucky only ordered 50 units and immediately the timers started to fail. Representative goes by name of Tina Yuan plays dead or dumb. I am replacing these units out of my own pocket yet they claim a 1 year warranty. I am fed up trying to get past their games. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Tina claims timer worked at the plant well so what it soon failed when in use. No relation to the time of manufacture at all. Alibaba is of no value only option is not to deal with Alibaba and or China.
