I am happy with the way Alibaba worked the refunda and the order that ended up cancelling or receiving the wrong goods. Overall, I can say that the customer service is absolutely amazing. The only downsize here is that sellers can advertise a fake price just to attract buyers, and once you find that out, it is too late for your time wasted. The other thing is the lack of payment options when it comes to orders, I had to end up paying with Paypal. Other than that, I would recommend it if you can stay up to negotiate with chinese, which seem to be the preferred vendors for Alibaba.
