Chose the right manufacture and do your research and this site works so well and is very safe. I am a first time buyer just starting out and I have had no problems what so ever. And all payments are secure again as long as you do your research and go with Trade assurance, verified supplier and gold members and you will be fine.

I bought goods from a listed Alibaba trade assured, verified company. Goods were as described, sale and delivery efficiently handled. Seller helpful and friendly with good communication. Payment via Alibaba pay portal was easy and secure.
Other reviewers seem to have had problems, but I did not.
