Excellent place if you are looking for manufacturers of any products, you name it you will find it. And they all seem to be genuine. I have ordered one product so far, i must say I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and their prompt communication.
I have been having a business for a while now.
- The listing is not showing the right information.
- The supplier doesn't really care about customer satisfaction. One supplier told me that he is going to ship me a random item as its a normal thing. It was a gold supplier.
-Here a lot of supplier says GOLD but the service they are providing totally junk.
- shipping cost unmanageable. Same-day for the same kind of item from same city I get two different prices from 2 different companies. When you asked about the difference they just don't answer.
- The reason Chinese suppliers behave relax because no one is warning them from Alibaba. Whatever they do, they still do their business the way they are doing it.
-Poor quality packaging and items.
- The only good thing is trade insurance and works pretty good so you are absolutely feeling safe

I buy product from gold supplier on Alibaba, the product they send me 100% is not that i paid for, i fill application for refund, some one from Alibaba contact me and said dont worry your money will be save and we refund you. After 3 days i got email that be cause company showed you so we can not refund money to You. Wondering i have the gods they send it to me it is not that i paid for, it is not mask! Now one can used this one as mask and they cheat me 285.00 USD now Alibaba support them and dont care the costumer like me i boy thousand and thousand from them a year! Don't trust if you lucky you got good and honest company is ok other way your money is gone! I lost my 285.00.
