As the title states so far so good! I was skeptical initially however my experience has been GREAT! I had a user issue, I marked the order complete before it was actually complete, which caused the tracking number to disappear. I contacted Alibaba and the supplier and both were fast and effective with responding. Completely satisfied and confident.

Excellent purchase platform to date, used it many times with great results. Only small problem is the complicated messaging system, but that is a small niggle.

Alibaba supports scammers. Any place can have scammers. BUT Alibaba cover for Chinese scammers. The Alibaba refund process is a joke. You can't win no matter how much proof you may have... I strongly recommend not to use this service.

NOT SATISFIED DO NOT BUY HAIR. (SYSTEM on ALILBABA.COM WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO PUT ONE STAR. THE HAIR IN THE VIDEO AND PICTURES THEY SEND DO NOT MATCH. THE HAIR IS UNEVEN AND THIN LIKE IT WAS HACKED WITH A RAZOR. I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE OF $130 WITH MY BANK.
*The only good think about the hair is the texture but that's it.*

I purchased from CHINESE sellers this 2 healthy snacks: fried garlic & fried broccoli & taste is LIKE HEAVEN!
I tried also from INDIA - but it was AUFULL! So- beware!

Unfortunetly the postage cost is high compared to the long delivery time. This aspect changes the attractive product price to a less attractive business case.
