It is not like Ebay where the customer may have real dispute. I have bee using Alibaba and Alexpress for many years and I had 2 disputes. One time the product did not worked and second time I did not get the products. Both time Alibaba denied the money back.
I am using Alibaba since 2018, no problem at all, excellent providers, rapid response and effective delivery. The product is great quality, the best light and battery life until now. Provider response fast, needed a part replacement and it was treated in few days. We adapted te light to a face mask and it runs PERFECT as a tool to examination of patients lowering coronavirus spread
