It's so bad I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible so I give you a 1. No but really Aleks sucks.

This is so trash it gives you a knowledge check and if you get one wrong it takes away like 5. Why do they ask you what 1+1= like what do you think, hehe tHirTy.

I have to do 5 every week but it dosent show my teacher i did them so i dont like aleks becuaes it says i dont do my topics when i do more than 5.

I usually dont go out of my way to write a review, but Aleks is so garbage I was inclined to do so. The explanations given in the answers are horrible, and if you get even 0.001 off an answer the question is marked wrong. If you are a educator, dont use this application unless you are some type of sadist or want to see your students do bad and suffer.

It will give you cancer please dont do this ever take away knowledge check i will jump into a pit of fire cause of this website

Aleks is not only a broken program but its also a useless, the programs are all out of order, the stuff I remember and that I have done in previous math classes is locked, while confusing topics that I didnt learn are what it makes me do, it also changes how your supposed to solve them to make it more confusing, did i mention that I will never be using any of this math in my future. Did i also mention how much stress students feel to get these useless pieces of garbage done. How about the fact it cost real money to use this, yet geniunly Aleks should pay you to use this.

It gives you knowledge checks all the time, makes you review topics you test out of, is very boring, and the only reason a kid would do it is because they are forced to. ALEKS is junk. I am in fifth grade doing it through school, and have to do an hour every day! I was really exited when I first got in, then two days later HATED it. My friend who is sitting across the table from me wants commit suicide because of it. If I could I would have rated it zero stars. ALEKS should not exist. It's the only thing I don't like about school. Even memorizing states and their capitals is less depressing. The creator of ALEKS deserves to die.

MY GOD does this make me want to die, there are so many reasons this is bad, but let me state the basics. First of all, the system punishes you by making you do more questions if you get one wrong, and if you get continuously get that said question wrong, it makes puts you into a endless cycle of eternal pain and suffering that makes me want to go swim in lake Karachay for a hour or so, yeah that sounds relaxing. Second of all, the "Knowledge checks" are complete tomfoolery, they are impossible to ace and they condescend you, making even the most sunny and sweet kids depressed and emo. Just the sight of "try again" symbol alone is enough to give a grown man nightmares for a@#$^ year and a half. Lastly, I'm not entirely sure if this is just me, but my teachers made us complete 221 topics every quarter and that's just some^@&! Gulag level cruelty right there. Used to do good in math, now I feel like dumber than a goldfish. Aleks proved to me with MUCH more clarity than there "explanations" that it is %100 possible to loose braincells. I'd rather spend the rest of my life in level fun =D of the backrooms then ever dare put my eyes on the warcrime known as ALEX.

I actually can't believe that my college requires us to blow money on this POS program. There is nothing i dread more than having to do silly little "pie slices" to complete my pie. As of now, this is my second math course that uses ALEKS and it legitimately makes me lose my sanity. Its the same monotonous math questions thrown at you repeatedly with little to no instruction on how to do them. Almost every single topic i've had to seek out other sources of media (like youtube) just to complete my homework. There is no "learning" in this program--if you get an answer wrong, it will not tell you why. Forget to round a decimal? Completely wrong, and it sets you back a problem, trapping you in an infinite loop of math problems until you get so fed up you want to break your computer screen. I fully believe that people who like this program are masochists and teachers/professors who don't have the time to grade kids math homework. Not to mention the occasional error in the program that tells you that you got a problem wrong even though its completely 100% right. I HATE this program with every fibre of my being.

Absolute trash of a learning and education website forces you to do a knowledge check and in my school you have to reach a certain goal at the end of the month so when I took it. It took away like 15 of my topics and I'm like 40 topics away from my goal I just want to give up on this garbage but then I will have to sacrifice my whole entire math grade

I'm making this review 5-stars because I feel bad for this Aleks guy. But don't take this as a good thing, because I don't know who this $#*!head thinks he is, but if I see this Aleks pal at my ring doorbell one more God damn time telling me to try again, I will javelin throw a $#*!ing metal rod into his left temple and through retromolar trigone. Every time I see the $#*!ing troglodyte in the corner of my bedroom telling me to try again, I have a $#*!ing aneurism as I attempt to assert my dominance through sheer force towards the nearest person to me, before waking up in a pool of my own piss with a bloody nose after popping eight different nerves in my head, and if one more of my braincells get killed, I will legally be deemed mentally $#*!ed. So, keep this on your radar pal, because until I get out of rehabilitation for huffing enamel until I stop seeing math demons in my grandma's bedroom, I'll be able to plead insanity.

This site causes anger, disappointment, lower self esteem, and depression it also causes fellow students to pay people to do their annoying topics rather than actually do them it is not a helpful site and it makes learning hard and less enjoyable than usual and is known to cause anger, sadness, the feeling of unintelligence, and hate/loathing. Also, it doesn't teach the students who use this program how to fix their mistakes or where they went wrong it just tells you are wrong or puts you further behind and makes you redo it which just makes you struggle more.

My school is currently using aleks while i LITTERLY STRUGGLE this is not okay im Been given homework with aleks random policy im litterly losing energy and im feeling dumb NO joke if i were to meet aleks they make me suffer and i did not make it through the knowledge check i have to do 10 OR more every week and im losing it they DONT get my math struggle honestly i rather use prodigy than this website besides i do not care if i fail school anymore its because im STRUGGLING aleks please have mercy aleks IM suffering aleks math right now I AM not happy with Aleks GO FIND A LIFE!

Also dont trust these people they make you suffer and you lose all your braincells its all a lie never choose this website for your child...

So, I am enrolled in a math class under the aleks programs. AND IT IS HELL. Enroll a whole group of people in it then watch as you get compared to Hitler, because you are Hitler! I see that square mustache. Oh it also doesn't help when the tutor is not smart at all! I'm behind 8 percent and i cant get back up because the tutor ain't worth shiznit and my parents cant help. I would transfer to another school but god damn there's too many strings keeping me connected. When you pass the class by Sheer $#*!ING miracle, you will come out looking like you just fought in a war, because you just did, a war against the profit aimed school system, that turned to aleks because they saw it was cheaper. You are a survivor. And if you didn't pass? Well your $#*!ed, hope you enjoy having no summer because these robo bastards are on a mission to assassinate you. Oh by the way every teacher ive had could teach math better than this $#*!.

This is the worst site i have ever used, i have never wanted to kill myself more than ever if you are a teacher or parent reading this just know that half the teenagers that have killed themselves is because of this site it is actual garbage and has only taught me that it take only 3 ml of bleach to kill your self or how to properly slit your throat open. I no longer have any sanity or will to live this is the main reason school suck i was an innocent child until aleks was introduced into my life i am now ruined for the rest of my life all because of this site and i mean why does the creator of the site look like hes been smoking for 50+ years.
