Thank you for the discount as compensation for a less than desirable experience with Carolina Carporch. I stated previously that Allen's customer service was very professional and prompt. I am very happy with the quality of the building and the price I paid. I recommend y'all use a different vender to installation. Thanks again for the discount and most importantly, thank you for being a trustworthy and honest company.

Easy, bldg went up nice
I made sure I told all of you involved I was DEAF. I expected some trouble but the stress was beyond. My husband has a brain injury from an accident several years ago. The people carolina carports sent were Latino. They called 3 Times. On the third call I explained I was DEAF and would carry the phone to a hearing person. Which was my husband! The Latino on the phone kept saying 143 while my husband kept saying 133. The problem was the latino was saying he was on hywy143 while my husband kept repeating our address is 133! I wanted to shoot myself! I didn't know what was going on. They finally found us. By then I was very angry! And the receipt said (hearing impaired) and I don't even think they knew what DEAF meant when I told them! THANK GOD IT'S OVER!
Took over timeline indicated when ordered. Had to call to get estimated setup time. Setup later in day than expected.

Very easy to deal with so far. Delivery was past 90 days, was told i would get 10% discount, they gave me 5% discount and the man on the phone was rude.

This is my 2nd order from Allan's.Took forever to receive product.Crew tore up my yard with truck.
Delivery time was much to long. Could have built a house in 11 weeks.
Like the flexibility of the delivery as I travel often. Order was received in a timely manner. Installed quickly yet good workmanship, and the erection crew were friendly and down to business.
Smooth transaction so far
My carport arrived 3 days early. Three good men installed it in a couple hours. I got 3' extra sides and after seeing it, I wish I would have gotten both sides completely covered. Nice to have ends open so I could back my trailer in with no worry about hitting the rear. I added another 3' each side, which basically cost as much as if I would have ordered it and didn't match as well. All in all I really like how it looks and very satisfied.

A small improvement to make a note of what the options are next to the drop downs for the options that are not self-explanatory. There is a lot of SEO text on the website and sometimes that can make it feel a little convoluted to get through it. Perhaps a step-by-step configurator or walk through type of check out would help customers convert more if that were more straightforward to them. Great product and business! Thank you!
