Got my carport earlier than projected. Workers were great. Installed exactly where I wanted. Love it!
Shelter was delivered on schedule. The installers knew what they were doing and did a professional job of erecting the building. The building is made of strong, high quality materials. There are many building out there, but I would not buy from anyone except Alan's Factory Outlet. I am really proud I did.

Website was informative. Easy to follow and purchase. The only negative response is the 2 and 1/2 month wait time, then the actual factory calling to tell me it was raining on the Monday they were supposed to deliver and it was sunshine! The factory rep. Was in the Carolinas and the installers were still in TX. I feel like the installers were not wanting to come to AR at that time and looking for an excuse. They did install the following Thursday and did a wonderful job.

Took 4 months for Eagle Carports to deliver, no fault of Alan's though. Also got a screw in my tire the first time I pulled in to it, again, no fault of Alan's. The customer service at Alan's was helpful and polite.
