Ordering was easy, installers did a great job. Product as expected.

My second purchase from Alan's. As before, this shed is a high quality product, exactly as described, and ready for shipment faster than expected. Outstanding (and successful) patient effort by the delivery driver to maneuver the loaded flatbed into a difficult narrow driveway at the site, then unload and position the shed precisely onto the prepared foundation.

I have been on the site for several weeks deciding whether or not to spend the money on this. My sister got a carport for her RV 2 years ago. The price was good, it came on time and is a quality product well installed.
Now a few months later I am totally in love with my garage. Especially backing the cars out and building stuff in there

The product is very good and the guys were nice and hard-working. There was one small issue they resolved without my input, which i definitely would have done differently. Better communication with the customer is needed, especially when there is a decision to be made that cannot be corrected afterwards.

Delivery time was poor, customer service poor, installers were good. Product was satisfactory. Contract said 10 percent discount if late, they would only give 5 percent. Took lots of talking to get that! Look harder to find local business around where you live!

I wish someone had explained to me when I placed the order that it would take 3-4 months to receive and get the carport installed.

Easy to follow and great customer service so far.delivery time was a little long. And scheduled time of arrival was off by a few hours. The workers were courteous and quick though. Would purchase from again if delivery time was less.
