Overall the building is excellent. The structure is built soundly and does what I need it to do, unfortunately, there were issues on our end that made it a little more complicated that it should of been.
The issue I had with my overall experience is the fact that we were almost rushed to get our slab poured for the first delivery and we were not happy with the overall results from the initial pour, therefore we had to make some adjustments to the pour and it then delayed the building going up by 3 months, which is absurd when we were rushed and asked to get the slab done within a week of the initial order.

Great Product, Top Quality! The carport arrived exactly as we ordered it. When the installers arrived, they were very courteous and did an excellent job of installing the carport in an expeditious manner. I would highly recommend Alan's Factory Outlet. We are very happy that we chose Alan's over all the rest.
The delivery and install delay was the only downside. Everything else was great.

Love the carport. Have not had to scrape my windshield once. The crew that put it up were fantastic. They did it quickly. They cleaned up when they were done. Very happy with Alans.
Good as this is my first order
I was told that the setup crew would be there at the site about 12:30 one day but they showed up at 4:00 the day before they were supposed to setup. They are lucky that I was there hunting at the time as I live about two hours from there. There were a lot of screws that were not picked up by the crew.
This is my 2nd purchase, time from order to delivery is slow, the second was longer to get here, good quality material, fast installation ( 4 hours)
