One of my garage doors does not lock properly. Only my husband is strong enough to do it, because one has to push the door down so hard in order to compress it 3nough so that the latch lines up with the slit that it needs to fit into in order to lock it.

Understand that the order would take a few weeks of lead time. I was called and scheduled the date to install. When no one showed up that day, I had to call to find out why...I was told the installer would call me and tell me what day he'd be out the following week but that never happened. The following week came and went and I had to call the 800 number a few times to finally get an answer for the date of install...this is two weeks after the original date. Having installers that don't inform the customers is not a good thing. That was my only problem.

The installation crew was very courteous and efficient. I purchased an 18' x 21' x7' carport with both sides closed. The crew arrived at 8 am and was cleaned up and gone in three hours. I purchased another unit just like this one about 9 years ago from another company. Your price for this one was the same as the one then. Can't say that about much these days.
