Generally straight-forward process...even for a computer-challenged old man! After set-up, realized that the height I selected was slightly too tall, but if I ever get a larger/taller camper, I'll be all set! Installation crew were polite and courteous,and VERY quick and thorough with the set-up and assembly. I had the site prepared before they arrived (leveled and measured), so total time from arrival to drive-away was 3 hours, and that included me going and getting Taco Bell for the guys!(They paid for their own dinners...) I like the carport I bought, and would recommend Alan's to everybody looking for carport-style RV semi-enclosed protection from the elements.
Ordering process was good, wait time was to slow, installation was great, product looks great and I'm very satisfied.
Delivery and setup was great. Were using it as a shelter from our Data Center to portable Restrooms. Works great.

We are extremely pleased with the carport installation. They were a day later then they had said because of a delay, but did show up early the next morning to begin the installation. It did not take them long at all to complete the installation. The structure is exactly as we ordered and very sturdy. My one and only complaint is that the installation crew left some screws and metal shavings on the ground around the carport and I worried that my grandchildren might step on them. I think it would be a great idea if the crew would carry one of those large rolling magnets like construction crews use to pick up any nails or metal fragments once they are done. Top notch product though at a great price!

My carport arrived 2 months after order. A 3 man crew immediately unload from trailer and begin assembly in driveway. A well orchestrated team completed the task in 2 hours. I watched in awe. All my anticipated problems vanished. Fine sturdy looking carport. Very satisfied after long wait.

Website/Not Great --I went through it on my ipad and it didn't go through the first time. You emailed me and informed me it didn't go through which was nice but it should have. So, i switched to the Laptop and finished my order?
Hey guys, this was way too easy. The installers were very polite and courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing. Each one had his part to do and they were very fast with no messing around. Only took them about 1 hour and 15 min. My carport/shed was 18 x 21 with both sides and 7 feet high. The only thing I did not like was the long wait to get it. About 8-weeks because of the July 4 week they were on vacation.

I have no real complaints. It just took about a month or so for it to be delivered. I am beyond satisfied with the awning. The men that brought it and set it up were very nice and worked very hard on it. They didn't take no time to put it up. I'm very happy.
A bit scary for me to order like this, but price and delivery convinced me.
