INSTALLERS DID NOT HAVE EVERYTHING I HAD ORDERED WHEN THEY SHOWED UP TO ERECT THE CARPORT SO I DON'T HAVE WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED.
Our shopping experience was indeed, pleasant, timely, received as described. Service was excellent. Installation was done quickly, efficiently. Crew was professional. We will definitely purchase from Alan's again in the future.

Everything was like clockwork, I received a call to confirm a setup date. The set up team was just that, a team, everyone had a job to do and did it. I cant believe how quickly it was put together. And I could not find a single thing wrong with it. Like I say they have professional put together experience and from start to finish. Good prices to.

The initial purchasing of the garage was great! It was the set up crew, the crappy way they put up the garage, the non-communication with the set-up time, having to take 2 days off of work. It took this crew 12 hrs to install when it should have only taken them 4-5 hrs tops. Now we have a leaking roof and can't go forward with getting electricity installed, and again the long wait until it gets fixed. We could have gotten a local company and spent $800 more, now we wished we had.
Was expecting long delay before it was deliver but was delivered within 2weeks and installed with in hours. Good services

The product and installers were great. The length of time from ordering to installing was very lengthy though.

Local inspector was pleased with look and construction. Cost was very reasonable. Benefits have been the protection from future hail storms, and from the heat here in Texas. I have a black car and it upon entering it during the day we don't get the oven effect.

Solid quality amish built shed, owner is very nice and helpful, and so was the delivery guy.
