I've ordered from this site before and have always appreciated the top quality of the heaters and ac units. Again, this order included two tower space heaters. There were no space heaters to be found in my state of WV!
It was such a relief to talk with Christine has she was patient in explaining what heaters were available for my needs. Talking with her was like talking to a neighbor here in WV who I happened to connect with at work!
It was the Presidents' Day email that prompted me to order.
Thanks Christine because I'll be using these heaters for eight months throughout the year!

I PURCHASED A BERKO ARCHITECTURAL WALL HEATER WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AT THIS TIME DUE TO MANUFACTURE BACK ORDER - HOWEVER, I MUST STATE THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW UPS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE BEEN GREAT. CHRISTINE IMMEDIATELY CHECK ON THE SITUATION AND CALLED ME BACK AS PROMISED INFORMING ME OF THE BACK ORDERING. THEN CELIA PROVIDED ME WITH AN E-MAIL STATING SHE WOULD FOLLOW UP AND KEEP ME APPRAISED OF THE UPCOMING DELIVERY DATE. SO IN ALL THEY ARE ON TOP OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND PROVIDE NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SHARING ANY AND ALL INFORMATION RE MY PRODUCT. THANK YOU.

I had ordered an garage 240 volt heater. It arrived in perfect shape and the unit was just as described. I considered it above average and very hvy duty, I was pleased. Come to find out I could not hold the additional amperage in my house as I was maxed out on power, so regretably, I had to return the unit. Mike in cs was extremely responsive and set up the return of the unit. Shipping papers and cost was all taken care of by the company. It just shipped back this week and will be credited to my account. I wish ultimately I had the heater, but Air-n-water has been great to work with and I will be using them for future products for my home.

I went to this website since they had the lowest price listed on a product I wanted, however there was also listed an additional discount with a coupon code which was not recognized when entered. I called the number for customer service (sales) and spoke with Christine who was very professional and assisted me in this matter immediately. It is a pleasure to shop with a company when they readily assist and resolve your problems,

I needed a dehumidifier shipped overseas. I contacted them about 2 p.m. (after their "order by 1 p.m., ship the same day" deadline). So, because time was critical, I agreed to pay "2nd day shipping" ($119) in order to guaranty the item arrived in time for a friend to bring carry it with them.

They confirmed the order "2nd day delivery" on o Thursday (to ship Friday). On Monday, I called to get tracking information only to find they had shipped it "ground" on Monday. After talking to customer service, they refused to ship it overnight (or even attempt "2nd day, morning delivery" and merely refunded my money. Cost to me... hundreds of dollars in extra shipping and taxes from another retailer.

This company accepts NO responsibility for their own mistakes and misrepresentations!
