I bought a Symphony Winter XL Water/Swamp Cooler in 2010 and needed to order a replacement reservoir plug because mine had deteriorated over time and was leaking. The Customer Service representative was able to assist me in finding the part that I need and I was happy to know that parts are still available. Since I ordered 5 replacement plugs, the representative was happy to combine shipping. I'm very pleased with my service and my cooler. Thanks :)

I am a Canadian trying to order a cooking plate that I cannot find in these major Canadian retailer stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, Canadian Tire and Wal-Mart). So I searched their Canadian online stores and they too don't carry it nor can they special order it.
So I started looking at the American online versions of these retailers and they do carry the product online and can special order the product in their stores I was told. So I tried ordering online using my Master card linked to my Canadian address. I was unable to purchase it from all of them. I was mistakenly told by 3 different customer service people to buy a gift card either online or at the Canadian store, and then purchase the product online and have it shipped to an American address, because it can't be shipped to Canada.
At this point my only option if I really wanted to buy it was to drive 2 hours to the US Home Depot, place the order in person, return home and wait for it to arrive at the store and drive back 2 hours to pick it up and pay with my MasterCard. That wasn't going to happen.
So I tried looking one more time online and when I googled the name of the product other websites showed up. I called Air-N-Water, spoke to a very helpful sales woman who was able to place my order, process my credit card and made arrangements to ship it to a brokerage company in the US. Finally I can get the hot plate I want and Air & Water Portable Appliance Experts made it happen. Thanks Christine.

I ordered an Air Cooler from this company and it was large enough to cool the area, however my area was small and this was just a bit noisy. I contacted the company requesting a return and someone named Mike M responded to me in a timely fashion requesting the reason for the return. The next day I received an email from Mike M telling me how to return the item for a credit. This is the best Customer Service I have ever received from and online order. Great company to work with and I will use them again when the need arrises. Cris

I was after an Ascaso i-mini grinder and I noticed that Air-n-water had the lowest price available so I called a competing dealer named J. L. Hufford which said they would price match and give me an additional 5% off but to do this I needed to fill out their price match form and post links of the competing site.
Well to make a long story short J. L. did not want to honor their commitment and they did not get back to me in a timely manner which was a complete waste of time which is very telling. The difference was only $6 but I lost all confidence in them and their gimmicky price match that doesn't hold up even if you meet all of the requirements.
That left me with Air-&Water so I called them to ask one question in regard to the shipping and was greeted by an enthusiastic sales lady named Christine who not only answered a question I had regarding the shipping but also taken my order over the phone. It was an absolute pleasure and something I have not experienced for a long time in the retail especially for something as small as a grinder. My confidence is restored that there are retailers willing to go that extra mile to earn my business and that are very quick to process my order after it was taken.
I just hope the level of customer service stays the same for this company and I wish them and the person I dealt with all the success. This company is now on my short list.

I happened across the Air n' Water website while researching portable air conditioning units and was immediately impressed by the valuable and understandable information listed on the site. Dealing with a difficult area to cool properly, I figured I'd call their 800 number to speak with a real person. Christine was incredible and helped me choose the best unit for our situation with ease, so I was able to order with confidence. Absolutely stellar customer service/sales experience! I called air-n-water with lots of questions about a KY080 Soleus portable A/C unit that I was interested in. I had lots of questions about the set up, the venting and the cooling efficiency of the unit since I'd never purchased or used a portable A/C unit. I spoke with Mike M and he was super knowledgeable and patiently answered every question I had. I felt very confident that the unit I had thought would be the best for my needs is the best and I ordered. Mike and air-n-water.com provided the best customer service/sales experience I can recall ever receiving. I felt totally taken care of and am really looking forward to receiving my air conditioner!

Also to their credit, air-n-water offers a lot of very short clear and informative videos on the products and the product assembly. I learned a lot watching a couple on my product and was able to ask more informed questions after the videos.

I had a co-worker tell me about Air-N-Water when I mentioned I was looking for an a/c unit. I found the product I wanted on the website yesterday, but since I am in Air-N-Waters local area I called this morning to ask about will call options. I spoke with Christine and she was extremely helpful. She told me that I could will call if I wanted to, but I would receive my item tomorrow if I chose ground shipping--and the shipping was free! Given current gas prices and LA traffic, I am going with the free delivery! Also, Christine confirmed that I could use the online promotional code mentioned on their website for my phone in order as well. Wonderful customer service!

I ordered an IQAir purifier from air-n-water and the shipment is very quick. Later, I've met some unexpected problems regarding the delivery by Fedex and I turned to the customer service of air-n-water. The lady, Christine helped me fixed the problem through her smooth communication among Fedex, her company and me, the customer, in only 2 hrs. I was very impressive by her professionalism and quick response. This is a good company with good employees. I will definitely try again for shopping!

Air-N-Water is a great company. I have been purchasing from this site for several years now. The first item I order had a manufacture defect and they replaced it without any hassle. They paid the return shipping and the turn around time was quick. They have the best customer service and they stand behind their products. That is why I keep coming back. It's hard to find an online company like this. They really care about their customers. I will continue spread the word to my friends and family. I will definitely purchase from them again. This is a company you can trust.

Great Customer service. I had a few questions before I ordered a tankless water heater, they responded to my email within minutes. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I had ordered a different tankless water heater and had to send it back because of the gas line size. Air-N-Water had one of the few heaters that would work in my house I have been looking at tankless water heaters for over 15 years, I finally got one and I LOVE IT! Thanks so much Air-N-water!
