I contacted Air-N-Water about an ice machine I had purchased in Oct. 2014 by
Responding on the original email sent to me confirming my order. I received an immediate response from Kenia and given a Customer Service number to call by. I spoke to a young lady when I called who was very professional and very eager to help, She reviewed my purchase order and then took me step by step to start the return process. I received the return shipping information by email. I received the replacement as noted in my email and that it would arrive before I returned the defective unit. This was the 2nd ice maker I had bought in the last 15 months. The first ice maker was not from Air-N-Water and when I contacted that company, I was told they could not help me. I could send it back for repair at my expense and pay for the parts. I had that unit 11 months. I have read other reviews about the excellent customer service at Air-N-Water and standing behind their items sold, but what is just as important is how the employees communicate with their costumers. THANK YOU AIR-N-WATER

Just received my second garage heater from Air-N-Water and it does the job it was designed to do just fine. I have s woodworking shop in my one car garage and these Indiana winters seem to get cold. Had a small problem in ordering, but "Girl Friday" Christine saved the day. Gold star to her forehead! Thank you Christine. Good product Air-N- Water.

Very Pleased

I shopped around and A&W had the best price! Then during my online ordering, I typed the wrong address for shipping. Christine called to inform me and made it right. I needed my wine fridge in Michigan for a Christmas gift and she got it there on time. I was so impressed with the wine fridge that, when A&W sent me a post Holiday discount, I bought one for myself... thanks Christine for your follow through and professionalism.

Very complete inventory available, lots of information and specs, very easy to winnow the choice down to the best unit for my needs -- price was better than i could find anywhere -- customer service was top drawer -- knowledgeable, responsive, professional -- would not hesitate a second to order from air-n-water if i need another device --

I would like to Thank Mike for the response I got to exchange a part for my humidifier. He had a new part that I needed delivered to my door in Five days, Outstanding. If you need anything from Air-Water and went else were you made a big mistake. Outstanding service from Mike if need be. Highly Recommended Company. Great customer service

I purchased a product from Air-N-Water and used it for about three weeks. I was not satisfied that it was doing all that I expected from it. I contacted customer service ( Mike) and he did not give me any problems about returning the product. He immediately e-mailed me a Fedex prepaid label and once they received the product, they reimbursed my credit card.

I purchased a water cooler and it stopped working. I contacted Air-N-Water and received a response that same day. I was sent a trouble shooting e-mail and was able to resolve the problem ASAP! Awesome customer service.!

I had purchased the Lifesmart Lifelux room heater from Air-N-Water, and have been extremely pleased with them; Christine in customer service is awesome. I had previously ordered this same heater from another company online, where I had paid full price but received what appeared very much used in a make-shift box and not even the color I had ordered. I don't want to trash this other company's name, because their customer service handled it very well with return shipping label and UPS pick-up. When I had ordered it from Air-N-Water, I received the correct unit in perfectly brand new condition, in the manufacturer's box and no delay in delivery. I will definitely do business with Air-N-Water again.

Purchased a Coca-cola mini cooler from these folks. It arrived faster than expected. Their staff was most helpfull. This little cooler is just right for my wife's beside table. Not mentioned in the sales advertisement, the unit can also function as a heater, keeping the contents warm!

I ordered a cooler to be shipped to my home in Arizona and forgot that my billing address is still my old home in California - this means they have to apply taxes.

I called them and their representative CHRISTINE was able to clear this matter in less than a minute. Very professional and helpful, I wish every customer service would be as good as she was.
