I ordered a Portable Cooler and the customer service was great. I have a family gathering scheduled and was concerned that I would receive the cooler in time. When I placed my order Vincent S assured me that I would receive my product in 3 to 5 business days. That was on Thursday and it was delivered the next Tuesday. Air King 9518 Wall Mount Fan Works great in my garage. On high speed it will reach all the way across the room. And although speed is perfect when you are sitting close to the fan. I only have had this product for a week. But love it I think it will last a long time. I highly recommend this product.

Had trouble with website dropping me twice as I was submitting order. I finally called 800 number and Vincent S was excellent to deal with. I was frustrated and ready to order somewhere else but he was patient and apologized and then helped me through ordering my dehumidifier in a prompt and professional manner. My order will be shipped today and I am very pleased to have had Vincent help me. He is also reporting the web issue. I also got a great price on the unit so I am very pleased.

I am a repeat customer - this is the third time I have purchased a water cooler from Air & Water. Vincent helped me place my order, he was very courteous and helpful. I bought the Clover D7A Hot and Cold Bottleless Water Dispenser each time, they are all going strong - I am very happy with them. It's great to not have to deal with changing water bottles.

I had been looking for a Napoleon Grill for some time and went to Napoleon's website for authorized online retailers. I came across Air-N-Water and was not disappointed. I ended up purchasing the Napoleon M730RSBINSS-2 Mirage Gas Grill with Rear Infrared Burner. Christine answered all of my questions regarding my order and helped me place the order online. There was some slight confusion on what was included from the manufacturer but Christine was quick to resolve it. All in all in was a very good experience dealing with Air-N-Water and the pricing for my grill was better than all of the other online retailers.

Christine was great in helping us find a solution to our very unique problem. We have a drum booth in our church sanctuary and it gets very hot from the person playing drums. Enter the need for cooling or else our drummer would quit. Looked around the internet and noticed that Air N Water had some unique solutions. They had exactly what we were looking to solve our problem of an over-heated drummer. Th drum booth is 10x5 and the Avalon Bay AB8K is going to be the perfect thing for us. She gave us a discount and then at the end she gave us another opportunity to receive another discount. They even provide free returns! Who does that? Great folks and great products!
