Our old wine oooller gave out after several years - so went shopping for a new one. Found and ordered the NewAir 321ED from Air and Water. It was delivered within a matter of days.

Set-up was very easy - let sit upright for a couple of hours. Wipe inside with lukewarm water.

The unit had all wine down to selected temps within a couple of hours. It is absolutely silent!

Very pleased with this wine cooler.

My experience this morning with the Customer Service Representative, Vincent S, was excellent. Not only did he answer all my questions about the Luma Comfort Evaporative cooler, but he was warm and friendly. I was about to give him my coupon code to apply to the purchase price and he told me he could probably do better than that and found me an even lower price.

All in all, it was a very pleasant experience working with Vincent, especially compared with the typical "cool", hurry and get done with sort of attitude one receives with many Customer Service Reps.

I had a problem with an ice maker that was just not going to work. I contacted air n water and asked for a refund and an order cancellation. Through some confusion in our communication I was not sent a return label, and by the time I realized that the label in the box was not the return label, I was already in line at FedEx returning the unit. I later found that Amazon has a course of action as does air-n-water for returning merchandise that I should have followed. Maegan at air-n-water was able to resolve the issue without me having to lose the $37 that I spent shipping due to my own misunderstanding of the proper procedure.
Now that is a company that I can deal with. Rather than using a technicality to limit their responsibility, their customer service stepped up and made good.

I'm a long time customer, and recently I move and lost the exhaust tube to my Newair ac-*******e. I tryed a Home Depot fix and it just wasn't working.

I emailed Christine, my original sales person from over a year ago, not only did she remember me but she had a new one shipped out same day! Just the kind of no-nonsense customer service I like, I will be shopping with them again.

I had previously written a review about the excellent service I received when I ordered an ice maker. After receiving it, the fan never worked on it, thus it never made even one ice cube. When I called Air-N-Water they immediately sent me another one. I received it before they could even get one I returned! The second one works just fine. The side drain plug, which is made out of plastic, seemed like it could work a little better. After talking with Victor at Air-N-Water, he is sending me a replacement plug. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. I had never dealt with a business where everyone I talked with was so nice and caring. I wish every business out there would use some of their customer service practices!

My issues. Furthermore, he was kind enough to help me on a follow up question which

As far as the overall experience, it's my first time purchasing anything from Air-N-Water but I have a feeling it will not be the last as I see other products I'm interested in.

I have been ordering air conditioning and refrigeration products from Air-Water over the past six to eight years. If I have had any problems or questions all I have needed to do was give them a call and whatever is taken care of. I normally order over the phone so I can ask questions and compare products, merchandise is delivered within one or two business days and rarely have I had mechanical problems - if there has been one it is soon settled and all is well. Their customer service staff is sharp and friendly. Plus I love the discounts!
