Contacted this company to purchase a wine wine cooler. Vincent, the sales agent was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He answered all my questions and made sure my order was correct. What a win win company, good customer service and prices.
I ordered a grill from this company and the service was exceptional. Vincent was by customer care rep, who was great, and answered all my questions. The grill arrived quickly and Vincent even checked in after! Would definitely order from again.

I just purchased a cover for my new Napoleon Grill. It hasn't arrived yet but the customer service from Air n Water was exceptional. They did not have the product on their website but when I called to inquire they actually called the manufacturer and ordered one for me through their site and at a great price. Well above and beyond what most companies would do. Great customer service!
I called the manufacturer looking for a part (ice basket for an ice maker). A fairly simple request. They took forever (on hold for 10 min), hung up on me, then when I called back, told me that the part was out of stock, and may never be available. I then asked for the part #, which she provided, and finally asked for a recommendation. That was the only value they provided, was referring me to Air-N-Water. I spoke with Mike of Air-N-Water, who told me they gave me the wrong part #, found the correct one, verified it was in stock, and facilitated the purchase... all in an expeditious manner, with a very polite demeanor.
You can't ask for anything more. Top notch.
Called this am with a request and I was treated as a high priority with the young man I spoke to Vincent S he was fast and resolved my need right away! Very refreshing to reach a REAL PERSON that knew his job and did it well!

I just ordered a Soleus Portable AC- it shipped out the very same day (yesterday) and looks like it will arrive tomorrow. This is really fast service! I called with a question and spoke with Vincent Sanchez who was awesome to deal with and very helpful. He provided excellent customer service and was so polite. The website is very clear and informative.

It is now a few days after that first review and we just finished setting the AC up. It looks like it is going to be AWESOME and just in time for the heat wave heading our way. The unit is blowing some very cold air. Really nice.
I have crank windows so I had a 1/2 inch piece of acrylic cut with two vents cut out for the dual exhaust hoses. Beautiful. Getting the hoses screwed onto the unit and the other end takes patience and then not jarring or moving them because they will come out. But this is a good looking unit and fits in with my white modern decor. Pleased with my purchase. I will be the coolest chick on the block for sure.
I have purchased eleven A/C units from Vincent over the past two months for the Seattle Fire Dept. The service was great and the A/C units were shipped promptly.

My AC unit had stopped functioning. I called and spoke with customer service person Vincent.The unit was still under warranty and he walked me thru the process to get it restored. I had to ship it back so they could determine if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. Turns out it was unrepairable and that particular model was no longer available. I was offered %100 of my original purchase price back cash or I could apply that amount to new model of my choosing. I choose to get a bigger unit (more BTU) unit and paid the difference. Vincent worked with me until the entire issue was resolved. I did not get passed back and forth like some companies where you have to explain your issue every time. He gave me his office extension so I could reach him directly. The service after the sale was excellent. I have purchased from Air n water before and I will again in the future.

The salesperson was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. They said the order would ship in 3 to 5 business days... and it shipped in 5 days.
I was buying a Wine Cooler on line but called to ask a few questions and confirm the FREE Shipping. My sales associate Vincent S. Was very polite and confirmed that my 116 lb. Wine Cooler would ship in 1-3 days for free. Vincent informed me the cooler had a 30 day damage delivery warranty too. If I needed to ship my cooler back A-N-W would send me a return label to ship it back for FREE and they would send out a new one at no charge and no re-socking fee that I was unaware of. Finally, I just let Vincent order my wine cooler over the phone instead of finishing it my self on line. Too easy. Thanks Vincent!
