I called customer service to get help with an order that I had placed. Tracy helped me originally, then Mike. Never have I received better customer service support. They did exactly what they said they would do. The emails and call backs that they made back to me were recieved in a timely manner.

Working with this company was a true pleasure.

Wonderful,

I ordered a garage heater as a surprise for my husband, only to find out when he opened it that we did not have the correct plug in or ability to add the correct plug in to use. Mike, at Air & Water was so kind and understanding and helped us in returning the product with no hassles! I would definitely recommend this company and will try to now find the right heater for our use, with them!

Customer Service -Wow!

I placed my order using PayPal and somehow wasn't able to apply the discount. I emailed regarding order and discount issue. I received multiple (very pleasant/prompt) email responses from Christine, who was amazing. She applied the discount and I received an email from PayPal that a refund was being credited to my account. I don't think I have EVER received such prompt/professional customer assistance - very much appreciated. Thank you all and a special thanks to Christine.

My new Hunter ceiling fan arrived on schedule and is working perfectly. Air and Water right on target again. Being elderly, low income, and seriously disabled I appreciate, and am thankful for, the help and advice I received from Air and Water. They were very understanding about my Social Security income, which is way below the national poverty level, and did not try to get me to buy the most expensive fan. They guided me through my needs and found me the most reasonably priced one that is also well made and reliable. Their honesty and integrity is outstanding. Now I am trying to save for a portable room air conditioner for my extra hot apartment which is right under the roof. Hopefully next summer. I will buy from them because I can trust their honesty. They gave me respect and understanding even though I was not buying a high end product. Just a ceiling fan. The dignity and respect with which they treated me is deeply appreciated.

Air-n-water has outstanding customer service. They were easy to contact via email; and always quick to respond. We ordered several heaters from them; and although they weren't installed for several months, the company came to our assistance when one of the new units failed to operate correctly. They have made us loyal customers.

Just ordered my Laundry Alternative Mini Dryer from Air n Water. Super Excited! The agent Mike M. Was very friendly, patient, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and then respond with the correct answers. Wow... someone that actually listens without cutting you off. Mike M. Waited patiently while I accessed my information and was very unhurried about it. He knew exactly where to guide me so that I could find the information that I needed. Best Customer Service

I ordered a washing machine, and I live in Texas. I logged on, hoping to see that it had shipped out. It was delivered, but to New Jersey! I work for a company that ships stuff out frequently, so I was hoping for a human error on the tracking numbers.

I called in, spoke to Mike (bonus points for having someone who is likely in the US on the phones), and he did some research. I am happy to say that it was just a misplaced tracking number, and I got my washing machine today!

The turn-around time in verification was astounding. My own job would have taken far longer to sort out, so I am quite impressed. I would refer any friend of mine to this company.

The Soleus Air Oscillating Reflective Space Heater is the way to go for the winter months. This is my third Soleus Air Oscillating Reflective Space Heater. I have them in my home and office. I am ordering 2 more today with the help of Ivette, the Sale Associate. She was courteous, respectful, and was pleasant to talk with. This heater is light weight and my dad who had a stroke can pick it up with no problems. Just the right size for him while lounging in the family room. I told my friends about this heater and they all purchased some and then the heater were "out of stock" all summer long. Thanks again, Ivette!

Good Customer Service

I purchased a fan from the company but the fan fell short of expectations. They responded quickly to a return request. Unfortunately their is a 10% restocking fee. The product was not what I expected but overall it was not a bad experience.

Great Company To Deal With

I placed an order today with Mike of Air-N-Water and it was the best service I ever received from any company. Mike was very good in understanding what i wanted and willing to verify that the components of my order were correct by calling the manufacturer. He not only volunteered to make the call but called me back right away with the confirmation. The ordering process was painless and went smooth. The confirmation email was almost immediate. You should have no reservations ordering from Air-N-Water and I look forward to my next order and their prices are the best.

I called air & water and spoke to a young man called Vincent. The product we needed wasn't available, but he went above and beyond in his efforts to make sure they were completely out of stock and that there wasn't a unit overlooked. When they received a shipment, he let me know and we ordered one right away. Since we needed the item for a Luau on Saturday, he personally went out of his way to ensure he could have the item on the last shipment going out. It is all about service! I was going to use a different company, however; because the service was so dismal and the assistant so arrogant I cancelled my order. This is exactly the opposite experience we had when I spoke to Vincent with air & water. I most definitely will recommend this company to others and will certainly use them again. Again I want to state the outstanding service that I received from Vincent. I only wish all the other sales assistants would provide the excellent service we have received in ordering this product!

We've had the cooler approximately one month and no issues have arisen. The often heard complaint about temperature fluctuation or not holding s steady temps has not been an issue. In facit the temps have been remarkable steady. Without a compressor this unit is really quite. You seldom know it is there.

The unit was packaged very tightly and no shipping or freight damage as so many people complained about. This unit came; I unpacked it, plugged it into the wall and voila, it has been working great ever since. Vincent did a good job as a sells person.

Vincent assisted me with this order and I found him to knowledgable and responsive. He researched the very specific questions that I had about the product prior to my purcase. He also followed up with me after the purchase and delivery.

I am very satisfied with the Napoleon Lex BBQ that I purrcased. It was delivered in perfect shape and had been well packaged. Instructions for assembly were clear and everything lined up perfectly.

I would highly reccommend both Air n Water for customer service and Napoleon for making an excellent product.

They never make promises they cannot keep and are careful about the details.
