I had purchased an item on Cyber Monday, and realized the following day that the money had not been drafted out of my account. The customer service representative that answered my call was Christine. She was very polite & helpful in figuring out what was going on with my purchase. After learning that the item that I wanted was sold out, Christine was able to help find me a suitable replacement. She also made sure that I received any discount that I was in titled too. I will definitely be shopping at Air-N-Water in the future!

Mike M. Was amazing to work with on my issue. He truly understood the meaning of, "customer service". He went above and beyond what he had to do to assure me it he would help and get it done! I will be a customer for life as good customer service nowadays is a hard thing to find.

I bought a new Lifesmart LS-8WIQH-LB-IN 1800 Sq. Ft. Infrared Heater from Air & Water, Inc.
I made the purchase without creating an account. When I went online to get the tracking number, I discovered I needed an account number to access the tracking online, so I called Air & Water Inc. Christine was extremely courteous and helpful in helping me to be able to track my heater. She did it quickly and made my experience pleasant. When I got my heater I tested it out and it works great! I will definitely be doing more business with Air & Water, Inc! Thanks Christine!

I purchased a infrared heater from air-n-water. When I received the item it didn't match the description in their ad. I contacted air-n-water (through e-bay) and requested a refund. Air-n-water contacted me and let me know my request was in process. I'm happy to say that a full refund was issued without any hassle or undue delay. I would shop with air-n-water again.

I love Air & Water. Bought a dehumidifier for my mom a few years back and discovered the great service. So when I decided I needed to get myself a humidifier I called them immediately and spoke with Christine. She was able to help me pick the one that would best fit my living environment. She is very knowledgeable and gave me many more details on the unit than I saw on the website. She is amazing. Go Christine and Air & Water!
