I placed an order at the start of the month, all items were supposed to be shipped within 24 hours. It takes them forever to get back to me with a ticket response, ridiculous just to be told it'll be shipped out in 2 days, ok 2 days go by and now they're saying another 2 days and we can all see where this is going. I will keep you posted but so far no good. Very disappointing because a lucky few do seem to have a positive experience. I'm very sorry ahappydeal but even the best customer service sites have a few negative reviews. I should have known, when all your reviews were positive that you were fixing them. Did I mention I left a review, and the email link to view it was a deadend, obviously removed by you guys. Serious review fixing gives your customers false sense of who they are buying from. Ands that's just not fair!

I order three tablets from this site for my kids. The lie from them was that the tablets where all in stock. So i use the fast shipping they had. For me to find out a week and three day later the they had just got them in stock. Then it took them one more week for them to ship them and guess what only TWO tablets where in the box. Now i have call the number on the site and no one answer the phone. I have sent emails to them it take two to three day to hear back from people. Never buy from this place. I still have not gotten the last tablet OR my MONEY from them

After reading some great reviews about this site I went to order 2 mobile phones.
The process went smoothly until I clicked the submit button from that point I have had nothing but trouble from the company.
1. I have been told from "ahappydeal.com" that my order from PayPal was not verified so I should send them a scan of my passport and a scan of my credit card, after calling PayPal (because this was a little suspicious), PayPal told me that they hadn't send a message saying anything of the sort, in fact my payment went through without and glitches this went on for 8 days with ahappydeal.com.
After sending messages back and fourth to this company I am not able to get a straight answer as to what is happening with my order this is 11 days on,
I have attempted to ask ahappydeal.com via support.ahappydeal.com what is the "real" issue my order hasn't been send yet but all I get in reply is a robot thank you for your reply message and then Admin close the ticket not enabling my to reply to the question.
2. I have paid for "Expedited Shipping" with "Delivery Estimates: 3 - 5 business days to major destinations." but 11 days on the order hasn't even been processed and I cant seem to get and answer for the Admin as to what is happening with my.
In short this company has very bad communication and the processing times are ridiculous

So far I have placed one order with ahappydeal and I must say that it indeed made me happy. I live in Australia (which as most people know is an outrageously expensive place to live!) and I needed a new smartphone (as I dropped my old one in the washing machine.Don't ask). For less than $100 I ordered a better phone than the one I 'washed' which cost me over $150 just over 3 months ago. The phone arrived within 2 weeks, was well packed and I can now report that after spending the last 3 weeks with me in Borneo and Malaysia it hasn't missed a beat. Picked up all the free wi-fi I wanted and worked perfectly with both the SingTel sim card I have and the Australian Telstra one (it is a tri sim phone!). I also purchased a watch for less than $10 bucks as I needed a better looking one than my old digital. Well it trekked through 4 days in the Borneo jungle with me and again is still working like the day it arrived. I even got a compliment on it at the Tiger brewery in Singapore! I have told everyone I know about ahappydeal and my girlfriend, who is dying of phone envy is going to buy a new smartphone from them this week. I will be slipping in an order for a new tablet and ******* mAh external power source.
I can only comment on my ahappydeal experiences and all I can say is that if you are looking for inexpensive electronics which do everything as listed on the site, then look no further. A definite 5 star experience.
Ive oder from these people starting on September 6,13. I order a tablet for my daughter birthday witch was September 21. I got it 3 weeks after her birthday. I order a netbook and got it pretty fast. I just order from them 11/28/13 and finally received that order witch was like $161.or more and it was missing a netbook. Still trying to get it sent to me. On December 4 I order over 221 dollars worth of stuff and not received any of it. I've paid the 3 to 5 days shipping on every order, well that's a laugh in a half. I've been emailing these people and calling them it is always the same thing. ( I want to start out with apologing) well that sure didn't help my daughter on her birthday. Then a lady says in a email ( don't hesitate to call me and ask for me) what a fckn joke. Every time I've called ( oh she just stepped out.) so here I am blowing her email up. This place is hit or miss. There have been times where i would place an order and everything will run smooth. But there have also been times where i order something that is listed as "in stock" and "will ship in 24 hours" only to wait and find out that those products are not in stock. It is really frustrating since they should update there products inventory since it is really unpredictable. If the item your looking at is actually in stock. If you have time to wait than i would consider it. Even with the expedited shipping they offer, your items can take up to 2 weeks since, they are very slow at processing your order. (Not the shipping carrier fault)

Howdy!
Been ordering from this web site for the last 2 months now after discovering some products available from this web site that I was looking for deals on. Mostly started looking into LED light bulbs and this site came up in many various searches. Then I started exploring, finding inexpensive Android based phones, battery packs, WiFi products and other interesting gadgets. So lets looks at a couple of communication challenges:
A product on the web site shows as being "In Stock" so you add it and order it. Then a few days later, I get an Email saying it is Out of Stock. Yup, happened to many other reviews on here. Eventually found another replacement product so got that instead. Still, it delayed shipping items out. Still have an open case regarding a common cheap phone that I am trying to get a replacement with.
Next is product quality. For the items received, they are generally reasonable quality, not name brand, and no 'fake' knock-off or counterfeit items. The Android phone I got works reasonably well for a dual-core and eats a battery charge just like other Android phones. It's like a no-name phone. It works fine with dual-sim cards in it but because of that, it's extra battery drain to run 2 cell phone connects instead of 1. Battery power packs are another interest and so far those seem to be reasonable. Still need to do a real world test with them.
Anyhow, seems that for items sent over, often best to stick to known accessories that do a specific job, like a cable to go from DVI to HDMI. Be careful with cheap phones, since the memory is way too low to be of use for installing apps, so, a phone just to use as a phone is for for $50, but if you are a power smartphone user, then go for the ones $150 and up. GPS also is on-par with other brand name Android phones that still need Internet access for A-GPS to even work properly.

Well it's Christmas Time- so I order a phablet at 50% off- a free case included great price-delighted. Then the drama- the phablet won't arrive for 3-4 months- I guess to save money the have a swimmer delivering it. Next the xase for the phablet- is wrong its a iphone5 case-what the heck. That's like putting a cadillac into a pinto.
So erroneous information- false advertising- numerous promises- exhausting e mails- and then still no Christmas present. Save your time and avoid headaches-don't-don't waste your time.

I bought my phone. Within 5 days I had it. It is very good and the price is good. When my fell and had a broken screen I send it back. I have to pay a small fee and I had a new one I took a while before the replacement came but it is a nice and more powerful phone.
