Shopping online at Ahappydeal.com is always fun for me. They arguably have a very comprehensive listing of products. Their prices are always very fair. Delivery time to my destination (Kenya) is fairly fast (around 30 days on average). Received items are as described on their website. Their customer care is good, always keeping you updated by emails every step of your order. And what is more, they also respond to customer queries relatively fast (within 24hours).

Have bought two mobiles from ahappydeal over a three year period and both transactions were perfect. Didn't get charged on duty either as they kindly marked the price down on the package. Delivery time was about two weeks but that's expected with free delivery from China. Highly recommended

I have purchased from this company multiple times and never had a problem. The shipping takes a while, but they're on the other side of the planet. The selection of high quality merchandise and great prices more than makes up for having to wait a bit for your items.

I would not recommend this site.

My experience of having a phone shipped from them to Europe is beyond painful. The phone was listed as "in stock" on their website. After purchasing it and waiting 9 business days without any movement for payment processed, I contacted them.
The phone was "out of stock" but I was informed to wait while they restock.

The phone shipped in late October via Swisspost. Swisspost is a fairly reputable mail service and within 10 business days the tracking updates showed that the parcel was in transit after exiting three borders.

Due to the time of it being 28 business days and the duration for delivery should be 7 - 25 business days, I contacted them again asking for them to supply more information on the very delayed package. They replied with extremely evasive messages and suspiciously standardised wordings/scripts.
Swisspost informed me that yes, they could trace it with either a) extra details from the original sender or b) the sender actions the investigation with Swisspost themselves.
AHappydeal replied with a message suggesting I wait till 22 December "because it can take 7-25 business days" and so far have not helped me trace the package. They ignore my requests to initiate a simple International package investigation with Swisspost. Instead they only suggest to wait another month to see if it doesn't arrive.

I have no doubt in my mind that they will reply to this negative feedback with the same evasive and standardised blanket feedback they ooze.

Swisspost may or may not have lost/destroyed/delayed or held my package. They, however, like an international customer facing company should do, are willing to investigate and maintain their reputation and resolve the challenge.

AHappydeal should be ashamed.

Worst Experience I have ever had online period!

I am a big online shopper and regularly purchase overseas. Bought several Items about 3 months ago and paid extra for tracking services. Items never arrived and have been communicating with their customer service department. I wish I could post the pic of my Ahappydeal inbox

I have tried to communicate 5 times asking for a refund or reship and they keep replying with the same info. SEE BELOW. My inbox is full of this and NO ACTION after 3 months has been taken. DO NOT SHOP HERE. BEWARE OF INHOUSE REVIEWS TRYING TO FAKE GOOD EXPEREINCES!

Very good communication whit her dropship system.
Good service if we have trouble with shipment but 99% was cool and smooth treatment...
It is one of my distributor, never haved trouble with payment, service or cancellation order...

I ordered 2 video cameras on Sept. 15th and paid by bill me later., a service of Paypal. Ive been paying Bill me later. I was told it could take up to 30 days to receive the products. Well 30 days came and went. It is now Nov 27th. I've contacted them through their customer service ticket claim 3, yes 3 times! First I wass told it was shipped and given a bogus tracking number. Then I was told "It's stuck in customs." Then today I was told to go check my post office using the same tracking number, it "may have gotten lost in the mail". Well surprise surprise, nothing was at the post office and it could not be tracked through the post office. So I typed the tracking number in the China Post website only to see that the new location is STILL in China and says NULL for location. Irequested a refund. We'll see if I get it. I doubt it. BEWARE ALL! If you want to throw money away throw it my way instead. Worst company I ever dealt with. Should have known better!

I love ahappydeal.com I ordered 4 mobile phones for the 1st time. We are all very happy with the phones we got, Great quality and great prices. Customer services are very helpful and friendly. Sipping is fast. Purchased a total of 5 items. 1st time ordering form ahappydeal.com and I have to say the products were much better than I expected (higher quality and all works perfectly) and customer service was great. One item was delayed and was told I could either wait for it and get all items together (which I chose to do). I highly recommend ahappydeal.com, their products rate top notch on my list. Will buy all my electronics from them in the future.

Great site with great products for a resonable price. Good quality products. Good comunication with a buyer and fast shipping.
